"Horrible Bruce Floors"
Just purchased 600 square feet of this engineered hardwood 3/8 junk....paid a fortune for it at home depot. Initially i had to return three different times 200 square feet for drastic variation of colors (mahogany when I ordered light oak) they said it was a computer error. The floors are down less then one month and are buckling and bubbling and denting and discoloring...How the hell this company is still in business is a shame. Ripping people off of their hard earned money and lying about guarantees and warrantees is heartless. We should all get together and do a class action against this horrible "Bruce Flooring" company.....Please note....anyone who is considering flooring...stay far away from "bruce Horrible Flooring

"Bruce Laminate Flooring"
I purchased this flooring in 2015 and in about 1 1/2 years I noticed scratches in the floor next to my island in the kitchen. Next I saw a bubble in one of the pieces. I contacted the seller and they got in touch with Armstrong which took about 2-3 months before the asked for samples. Next I hear that there would be no warranty. This without even looking at the flooring. I have always thought that Bruce was a top quality product but the warranty on this is poor to say the least. If this is how you stand behind your product I will be sure never to use anything you sell again. So sorry your customer satisfaction mean so little! Maybe our local TV station would like to hear about your so called warranty!

"Warped and inconsistent widths"
Same as others are reporting... warped, flawed finish and most importantly inconsistent width. Some boards are as much as two credit cards thickness wider than others so floor installed by Home Depot installed has large gaps between boards. We plan to have the installer do just the hallway and stairs and I'll do the rooms. I'll need to painstakingly measure width of each board and match boards for each row. we are putting in the floors preparing to sell the house. I'm not sure if they will add or detract from the market appeal of the house. Nice colr but crappy flooring.

"Hours and countless $ wasted"
I feel like I spent the past 12 hours recurving hockey sticks. This has got be the worst flooring I have ever seen! The pits, knots, bows, dents, missing tongues, the crayon marks were all splendid but the grease stains and burn marks were the icing on the cake. Please take that made in USA of your box as you are a embarrassment to the North America. Good bye and thank you for the waste of time and money.

"The absolute worst flooring experience"
I am a contractor in this review. I was sent out to install this flooring and out of the box came boards that measured 3-1/4 at one end and 3-1/16 at another. At least half the box was this way out of 16 boxes. Home Depot sent out 20 more of the same batch, which is a no no. Half the box is less than 12" boards. Very warped long boards and warped in a way that can not be installed. This is a milling issue and rather than fix it they cut the price in half for home owner and tell me to inspect every single board on a 1200 sq ft house. This is not my job. This is why there is a qc job. Worst flooring I gmhave ever attempted to install. I will never install Bruce flooring again. Just read all the reviews.

"Worst than generic brand"
Bought 32 boxes of best line of Dundee plunk 3 1/4" Gunstock hardwood floor. Most are curved/crooked. some boards are very dark compare to other so look totally looks odd for the whole room. two ends of some of the board are gray and looks like they have been in storage years so it starts rotten. One end of a board is totally black. Thought it is a good brand and should have check review first. Waiting to see if I could return.

"Garbage"
I bought this product from Lowe's. according to the quality indicator, this was the best. Very disappointing if this is the best. The wood pieces were warped, had cracks, the width was off. It is horrible to work with. We did one room with it. No more taking the rest back. What a waste of money.

"Another unsatisfied floor"
Bought top tier Bruce flooring. It is junk. Cracked boards, uneven cuts, warped boards, splintered, you name a problem, i've seen it on this job. Finishing this room and taking it back for the other two rooms. No support from lowes or bruce. Send pictures is all they say. Never again.

"Don't buy!"
Bruce uses soooo much filler putty on their boards. After spending over 10,000 on floors I had to have many boards pulled and redone because it looked horrible. I even used what Bruce considers, "best". I would never buy Bruce again. They know you won't buy from them again, but it's too late after the floors are in. Don't make the same mistake we did.

"Total garbage -5 stars"
If you like mostly crooked mis-milled boards that are 5 inches wide on one end and 4&3/4 inches on the other end over a 12 inch span this is the wood for you. Diagonally cut end joints make impossible to get a seamless joint. 1 or two degree opposite angled edges on either side of the boards lets you know there is a quality control problem. The stuff sat for two weeks and the moisture difference was 0 between it and the subfloor. Just $5 per sq. foot total garbage.
