"Give me what I ordered"
Milliken book shows three possible design patterns for this carpet. We ordered a beautiful, elegant pattern. They sent us a 6-tile pattern that looks like a hog's breakfast. The installers were confused. The retailer was confused. The designer was confused. I was confused because this is not what we ordered. We were able to re-create the exact patter in the Milliken book by using about 1/3 of the tiles. To spite the picture in the Milliken book, and to spite the same clear picture on the shipping order, Milliken won't own it. They want me to purchase more carpet and throw away 66% of it. Now I have an 8,000sqf business with over 5,000 square feet of carpet ripped out. It doesn't matter how good your product is if your customer service is this poor.

"Defective Product"
Miliken recently sent an inspector from there factory to review the defects of the looped carpet tiles. Do not buy these tiles. They should come with a product disclosure that these tiles have seams that do not match and will partially match and then not match down the exact same tile. The carpet literally comes apart at the cut and by the inspectors own admission the cuts can be defective at times. Of course after hearing him admit this, I immediately stated well where is the product disclosure on informing your customer of this possible defect? The carpet is also falling apart on the edges with dozens of pulls on every other seam that do not vacuum up. This carpet is a week old and looks 15 years old and is now matting like it has 15 years of traffic on it. I am in shock. I am also in shock that you can't leave a review on google regarding Miliken. Time for me to turn this over to my attorney. If they don't full reimburse me I will have no choice but to seek a legal remedy in court and I will outsource the proceeding to an internet marketing firm to plaster the damning public record here. Yes I am a little fired up after spending 20k on flooring to have this is incomprehensible.

"Don't Buy"
Purchased carpet tile for commercial office space. Carpet did not stand up to standard traffic & looked like it was 15 yrs old after less than 5. Miliken acknowledged there may have been defective materials involved (possible dye issues) but refused to offer more than a 10% discount on a future purchase once they realized how much sq footage was involved. Absolutely ridiculous & we're so angry/disappointed that they won't stand by what should be considered typical quality standards. There's no way we'd buy any product from them in the future. I don't care if it's free, you won't find it in our office; not worth the hassle since it'll likely need replacing once again in less than 3 years. We wanted (and still want, but it's been such an uphill battle I'm not holding my breath) $$ compensation for the trouble of needing to replace years before it should be due. Yep, they'd basically be buying a competitor's product, but if they have any care for their customers, they should stand behind their own products when it really matters! TL:DR; Do not buy Miliken flooring, you'll be sorry you did if anything goes wrong with it.

"Carpet disintegrating"
We purchase our carpet from Finishers Unlimited in Monroe Michigan. Carpet is disintegrating. We have fibers all over the house we cannot sit on floor due to fragments getting all over our cloths. Finisher has contacted distributor almost 2 months ago to file a claim we are still waiting for a claim adjuster to come out and look at the carpet. Eric, the owner of Finishers Unlimited came to look at the carpet and said he had never seen anything like it. I am so upset and concerned about breathing this dust like particles. We pay a lot of money for this carpet and need a solution.

"Quality control and customer support issues."
We purchased same model for 2 bedrooms. Milliken has big problem with quality control. One bedroom is good quality other is like walking on sand. Both where installed the same time. We been ask if this is a new carpet. Customers service is non existent. We called but calls where not returned. We had the same carpet in previous home for 22 years. The new carpet is not even close to the old carpet.

"Milliken has disappointing quality"
As a designer I am not a novice about carpet. After one year of light traffic and proper maintenance the carpet matted. The pile became crushed in traffic areas. Milliken has used every excuse from stainmaster fault, to optical color change to avoid responsibility. I advise you to buy another brand, because Milliken does not take responsibility for defective product.

"Poor quality carpet"
Carpet in high traffic areas wears out quickly. We too got a runaround when trying to get answers. Seems the only people they employ are Sales people and our cleaning methods are at fault. Really? They were quick to refer us to "their carpet guys". Never again!

"Dissatisfied customer"
Very upset regarding the nonchalant attitude from quality assurance in response to our problem. Our first order was placed short (our fault.) The second order came in timely however, we realized the first shipment was wrong. They originally shipped the wrong color. Now we are returning a piece from the second order back to Milliken to show them what it should be (at our cost.) My biggest complaint is that no one seems to care. They are more concerned about how it could have happened than correcting the problem. I am an extremely dissatisfied customer. Company coming this week and my house is a mess.

"Milliken Carpet tile. Very pleased!"
I have had this carpeting tile for two and a half years now and i'll tell you, I couldn't be happier. I constantly get compliments from my friends and family about how nice it looks and how well it matches the rest of the room. My wife and I picked it out at our local Lowes and just could not be happier! I installed it myself with a little help from my father and it turned out very nice and was only a one day project. I highly recommend.

"Happy with Milliken"
I needed a quality carpet for my high traffic office space at home. I have decided that after one year of use that I may replace future carpeting needs with the same brand as my office, Milliken. The carpet is a darker blue level loop which helps with the grime and the loop itself has stayed strong despite constant in and out traffic. The carpet itself cost around five dollars a square foot so I wasn't expecting much out of it. The fact is that it is holding up strong and I often recommend it to others needing a low cost but durable carpet. I certainly will consider the Milliken brand again when I need to look for some updating or replacement carpet.
