"Pretty bad"
Floors look very good, just make sure you buy 20-30% more than what you need. Every box had at least one bored that came damaged and was unusable.

"Do not buy"
Cheap compact cardboard. Doesn't stay together, had to tape every board and glue many just to keep from coming apart. I blame myself for not checking more carefully in store before I bought. Dream Home laminate flooring not worth your time or money. Had LL contractor give me install price but it came out to be twice what I paid for flooring. Check out what your buying and what it is made of.

"Looks Somewhat Fake, But Resists Scratching"
When selecting flooring for a guest bedroom in my basement, I didn't want to opt for an expensive genuine hardwood variety, because my basement has been known to experience floods in the spring, and I didn't think that water damage would be taken well by real wood. I chose the St. James Collection laminate via Lumber Liquidators, and got a really great price; only eighty cents per square foot! The flooring was easy to install, I did it myself over the course of two days, and even with the mistakes that I made, it looks pretty decent. You can tell that it's not real wood, and the shade is a little too orangy to be genuine, but for the price I paid, I can't really complain. It is really resistant to damage; I have spilled countless cups of coffee and paint onto it, and it always wipes right up without any signs of damage. I would recommend this flooring to anyone looking for a good deal, who is not finicky about a sophisticated appearance.

"Dream Home Synthetic flooring review"
I bought my Dream Home synthetic flooring just over a year ago. I bought a wood like laminate to compliment my real wood flooring at a less expensive price, and it was a mistake. The pros to my Dream House synthetic flooring are that it is supposedly very durable; I have no scratches, it's very inexpensive, it is very easy to clean, and it requires no maintenance unlike real hardwood floors. The cons are that although it has all of these perks, when it's all said and done it looks cheap. It looks exactly what it is, a vinyl covering over an older floor. I haven't had to do any repairs to it and it looks like the day I bought it which is nice. If I decided one day later in my life that I wanted to go synthetic flooring in my house again I would by Dream House brand. It is top quality for what it is, and I would certainly recommend it to a friend.

"Classic looking wooden floors at a fraction of the price!"
I have had my dream home flooring for about a year now. It is the greatest alternative available to a true wooden floor. The panels were so simple to put in our abstract shaped living room! They just snapped into place. I was surprised by how durable the flooring was. We have dropped furniture on it without even leaving a scratch. Another benefit is that it's incredibly easy to clean. Most substances can be easily wiped off of the floor, and when my sister's child did manage to leave a mess that resulted in a permanent stain we were able to remove the affected sections of the floor and replace them for relatively low cost. The replacement of the affected pieces was really easy and the coloring matched up perfectly. This was the most appealing part of the brand; having the security of being able to match up colors if we were to replace panels or even extend the floor to other parts of the home. I have had three friends get this flooring in their own home after they had seen our beautiful living room.
