"Horrible flooring"
It seems like I have the same issue everyone else on here has. I had new flooring put in my bathroom because of dog messes and wanted a marble looking floor with no spaces between tiles. The flooring is disgusting. Cannot keep it clean due to the texture. It is very pitted like an orange peel. Had I known this (misrepresented on the sample) I never would have bought this. As others say, it is not cheap. This has been a nightmare and every time I look at it I get angry.

"Warranty is worthless"
Had Mannington flooring installed in our home. We paid a premium price for what we were told was a premium product backed by warranty. Immediately after install we noticed the floor popping and crack over all the 600 square feet we had installed. The locking joints were literally falling apart. Went through a year, yes a year, of a claims process with Mannington which included sending 4 planks for review. Along with multiple videos and pictures showing the faulty flooring issues. Mannington rejected our claim stating "deflection" in the floor. They never sent an inspector to check our floor so there was no way they could make that determination based on a video. I called and contested the findings and they claimed our flooring arrived damaged and they never even tested it. This was after they told me they had. In the course of a 15 minute conversation our flooring samples ended up magically damaged and unusable. Per Mannington's own requirements they won't even open a claim without usuable samples. So supposedly they were able to make a determination without even following their own guidlines? When confronted with this they said they would have an inspector contact me. They never did. Called two months later and finally got then to send an inspector. The inspector came and the flooring literally feel apart in his hand when he was looking at it. Call Mannington again after several weeks (they never contact you when they say they will) and they told me the inspection showed bo manufacturing issue. But they refused to provide proof of that. They wouldn't send me a copy of the inspection report or even tell me any details of the report! They said it was against their "guidelines". When I asked for a copy of those guidelines they said they couldn't do that. And the inspector is not allowed to share any information because he was "commissioned" by Mannington. Very, very convenient. So their warranty is completely useless. Everything is up to their "discretion" and they won't provide any information to you about anything. They told me I would have to "go to court" if I wanted it. Do not purchase any flooring from this company!

"Design wore off in less than a year-Does not honor warranty"
We bought this flooring from Fashion Floors in Mount Airy, NC. About a year after we installed it, it started showing white specks on the surface. Upon closer examination, we saw that it was where the design of our "luxury vinyl" was wearing off!!! The wear kept getting more wide-spread and we just kept using colored markers for a temporary fix. After repeated requests to the retail store to file a claim for us, we initiated the tiresome claim with Mannington directly. I sent them pictures of the damage. They denied the claim, and sent a copy of their determination to Fashion Floors, but never notified us. Fashion Floor never contacted us, either. Months later we inquired as to the status, wherein we were notified of the claim denial. The rep suggested that if we sent 2 unused tiles out of the box, they would test them and make another determination. Well guess what? You guessed it, their 'tests' said the damage was outside the warranty. What? Most of the wear-off was in the stove and sink area, in which nothing worse than sneakers were ever worn. Also, there was a slight sheen to the floor when it was first installed, but this wore off VERY quickly. We didn't mind that, because we liked the organic look to the floor. But Mannington's warranty is not worth the brochure it's printed on; please don't waste your money. They will not honor its warranty. I will not buy Mannington products again. I can send you pictures if requested.

"Poor service"
I needed to purchase one replacement tile and was told I needed to buy a whole carton! I would have thought I would be redirected to a company that sells these singular. Basically, I got blown off and still haven't repaired my floor.

"Received flooring damaged"
Received flooring damaged and Sasser distributes Mannington made me go to them to correct. It's been over 2weeks. Mannington does not stand behind their flooring and will tie you up in paperwork when resolving any problems.
I received damaged flooring that I paid 615.95 that installers have been put on hold because Mannington will not resolve quickly. I sent pictures. I went to Sasser the company who I paid and ordered flooring from would not go to Mannington to resolve. It's horrible that I have to do all the work to get either my money back or the flooring from this flooring manufacturer.
Never. Never ever purchase Mannington flooring again.

"Faulty flooring"
I purchased Mannington vinyl flooring in 2014 and have been complaining
ever since. Immediately the tile started lifting around the edge of
large sections of the flooring. I emailed and then spoke directly to a
representative. They had "their" inspector come out and he said it was
laid too close to the wall. My contractor came out and said not only was
he wrong but since this was happening all throughout the house it would
be impossible to have it happening to every part of the flooring. I have
wanted to sue but not sure where to start. Any ideas on putting together
a class action suit?

"Edges not flat, scratches, and bubbling"
Two weeks after our flooring was put in we noticed the edges weren't
laying down flat. We also noticed scratches even though we have padding
on all the furniture legs. We have no children or pets. We also noticed
some bubbling. We called the company that sold us the flooring and 2
weeks have gone by and no response. In my opinion, they have made false
claims on the durability of the flooring to sell it. I will call the
place that sold it to me one more time.

"Stainmaster Vinyl Flooring"
Had Stainmaster Vinyl Flooring installed in our Seaside Oregon home
about 5 years ago and part of the floor is by the sliding glass door. 2
years after installation we notice some brown spots appear and when the
installer inspected the area they said that they had not seen this
before and that Stainmaster had discontinued this style of flooring.
When Stainmaster was contacted we sent photos of the area which had
grown much larger, they said that the warranty doesn't cover the uv
light damage and the area was burned from the sunlight exposure. Good
grief how many homes have vinyl flooring exposed to sunlight like this?
If there is a class action lawsuit against Stainmaster for their vinyl
flooring we would join it in a heartbeat. It cost us about $6000 to have
this flooring installed. If anyone out there has any suggestions please
get in touch.
