"Poor service"
Still waiting on a promised refund after 3.5 years from this company. The wood warped, cracked after installation. Should not have been sold.

"Unbeatable look"
First of all, the veneer on our floor is beautiful. I wish it had more thickness, it catches dust like Willie Mayes, it will dent, if a heavy object is dropped on it, it needs to be spot cleaned a lot; But, the look of this species makes all of these negatives bearable. Our floor is only 2 years old, therefore I can't comment on longevity. But, again, the veneer on this br111 floor is a head Turner.

"Great Looking Bamboo Floor"
I had br-111 Ember Bamboo flooring installed in a condominium. It looks very modern and clean and does not scratch easily. However, I would not recommend this bamboo flooring if you are going for a classic, non- contemporary look.

"Don't Do It!"
If you thinking of purchasing br-111 products, don't do it. The only thing we have found to be worse than the quality and durability of their products is their service. Once they got our money, our satisfaction became unimportant to them.

"Amendoim engineered"
I liked that the floor had variations of wood, looked beautiful on installation, and the width of 5" was great. But, cleaning it is a nightmare. It shows all the marks, and you should use a Bona or Bruce product to clean it. You still can't get the oil based and doggy footprints up without scrubbing on your hands and knees. It also dents very easily. We are retired and easy on products, but this one dents if anything is dropped on it. I wouldn't buy it again; I'd look for something a little tougher and easier to clean.

"Absolutely beautiful tiger wood floors that shine. Love them. They are easy to clean, look and feel great. Nicely priced too"
We got our floors installed this summer. The floors we had before were really old and raggedy. They are tiger wood 3" panels made by BR-111. I liked the price tag, they look wonderful too. If something gets spilled on them, it's fairly easy to clean up. They also insulate the air from coming up through the basement. It's helped reduce my heating bill a little bit. I don't like that they are a bit slippery when you're in your socks. Also they will squeak in some places. I really don't know why. Also, in the winter time if someone tracks snow on to the floor, you can tell unless you mop it up right away. I'm thinking it's just salt residue, whatever it is it stands out against the coloring of the wood floors. Other then that they are great. If I could do it all over again I most definitely would. Overall, they are awesome. I would recommend them. If you're looking for a good price, and want something that looks great, then definitely go with tiger wood.

"Transforms Your Home From Ordinary to Extraordinary"
About a year and a half ago, we decided to upgrade our home by replacing the wall-to-wall carpeting throughout the first floor with premium wood flooring. After perusing numerous local retailers, we finally found the flooring that "popped" for us. We decided on BR111 Exotic Hardwood Flooring (Amendoim Engineered). What we found to be most appealing about this flooring is the variation in wood tones, making it more adaptable with different wood furnishings. For instance, this wood flooring not only blends well with the cherry furniture in the dining room, but blends equally well with the maple cabinetry in the kitchen. You are less limited to your choice of home furnishing colors and can still maintain an equal elegance throughout your home. The floors are the first thing that everyone notices in our home. It has definitely given our home the "wow factor." The drawbacks, however, with engineered wood flooring include the inability to refinish when worn, not being able to use less expensive floor cleaners than those recommended by manufacturer, and the flooring is not rugged enough for heavy traffic homes. I would also highly recommend shopping around for installers. Don't settle on the first cost estimate. Although the cost of the flooring itself is not flexible, the installation charges vary greatly from retailer to retailer. Despite these disadvantages, we still have no regrets in our choice of wood flooring. This flooring transformed our home from ordinary to extraordinary and was the perfect choice for our lifestyle. I would not hesitate to purchase this flooring again and highly recommend it to others.
