"Horrible product"
The flooring looks absolutely gorgeous when it is first installed. It is a multi-width, slightly distressed strand-woven bamboo product that is a click-lock floating design. After a short period of time, the floor boards began gapping and separating all over the place, in some places larger than an inch. I removed and re-laid the entire floor myself, edge-gluing it this time. It worked for a bit, but it has become very clear that, every winter, this flooring shrinks laterally by a massive amount, and then swells in the summer. It shrinks so much, that all the work I did was in vain. The floor has ripped apart again, with gaps all over the place. This is the most beautiful product ever on the shelf. Run, run and never look back at US Floors. The one time I contacted them they were dismissive and I could tell it was a fool's errand. I'm going to slowly replace this flooring with "real" stuff that doesn't ruin the value of my home.

"Buyer Beware!"
I ordered two different wood floors from US Floors for all three floors of my townhouse, not a small order. The retailer and US Floors rep were enthusiastic and helpful throughout the purchase but the moment that there was a problem with the product, US Floors refused to respond to my inquiries. I very rarely write an online review but I just couldn't believe the total lack of customer service from this large company. They just didn't seem to care. The issue I had seemed to me to be cut and dry: there was an inconsistency in the size of the stair nose that they sent me and I simply requested that they send me some more to match the size of the original shipment. There were also issues about the consistency of the staining of some of the boards that I didn't even bother to try and address with them. You might think twice if considering buying from this company.

"Natural Cork Flooring does not hold up"
Totally agree with an earlier post from 2012 about the cork flooring. My advise, do not purchase this product from USFloors. Our floor is not even five years old and was a very expensive endeavor. I asked at the time of purchase if we needed to apply a surface coating to protect it. I was told, "no". But here we are not even five years after the product was installed and all throughout the floor there are scratches and chips from normal everyday use, animals, grandkids, etc. We are not talking anything but everyday living. I visited the flooring company where we purchased this product and inquired as to why it looks so bad after such a short period. To my surprise he suggested that he should come take a look at it. After coming to the house and seeing the floor himself, he said he would turn in a claim to USFloors. They sent an inspector out and I had high hopes that our floor would be replaced. That was not to be the case. The report states that the scratches are locally caused and the raised seams are caused from perhaps using too much Bona on the mop when I cleaned the floor. Excuse me? Seriously? Do not purchase this product manufactured by USFloors. You will be very unhappy with the results in a very short time. USFloors does not stand behind their product and their warranty is a joke.

"Multiple Problems with Strand Bamboo"
Builder installed Strand bamboo flooring in late summer and the floors are gapping, shrinking and unlocking throughout our whole home. This flooring is garbage. The floor looked great on install but it became problem immediately. Floor started to unlock and then floor split with gaps in some cases 2 inches wide. This is a Green product from US Flooring and I would suggest anyone stay as far away as possible. The flooring was difficult to deal with from begin as manufacturer was quite difficult to get samples. Should have taken that as an indication of first clue it would be subpar.

"Natural Cork Floors, do not buy from US Floors"
Cork Flooring purchased and install in Kitchen. Within three months of installation, virtually the entire floor had small bubbles on it. Drops of water caused cork flooring to bubble. Advertisements did not warn again exposure of this type. Floor inspected by a us Floor inspector and cited cause to be scratches in the surface that allowed moisture to get into the floor. This is an inaccurate statement as the floor clearly does not have any scratches. Drops of water penetrated the surface and caused the floor to bubble in spots. When purchased we asked if finishing is recommended and were told no, that the finish was life time. Nowhere did us Floor state that it was not useable in a Kitchen or bath, or any wet area where this will happen. I called and asked for reconsideration and was summarily told that no reconsideration would be done and it did not matter that the report was incorrect in that if water was on the surface of the material, it was not covered. Nowhere does it state this. I feel that we were deceived by the advertising and by a warranty process that involves tests superior to what is advertised. Clearly this floor needed an additional protection layer but when asked, I was told this would void the warranty. The effect was by not protecting this floor with another coat, the floor was not even water resistant. Be careful of their warranty, it may be there but they do not back it up.

"Unmitigated junk"
3 days after installation of engineered wood floor we noticed excessive scratching and denting due to normal usage. Dropping a phone charger plug caused a 1/8 inch chunk of finish to come off; pushing a cardboard box caused a very noticeable scratch, etc. On complaint to Lowes the manufacturer send an inspector who concluded it was due to usage not a manufacturing defect. No question we used it but the normal use should not cause such extensive damage. So much for a warranty from us Floors. Still talking with Lowes but not very hopeful. A floor is meant to be used including putting items on it and moving them. I have lived with wood floors for years and never seen such easy scratching. I would stay away from these products.

"Amazing Hardwood Floor"
I purchased the Natural Floors by USFloors solid bamboo wood flooring at my local Lowe's Home Improvement store in Mansfield, PA and I can honestly say that it has been one of the greatest purchases that I have ever made. After purchasing it for approximately $66.00 per carton, we brought it home and installed it ourselves, which wasn't hard at all surprisingly. It even comes with a 25 year warranty. I like the natural UV finish that this flooring has, and the smoothness. You can walk on it with bare feet and not have to worry about getting a splinter, or you can walk around on it with sock feet and not have to worry about catching your sock on a piece of wood and tearing it. We have had this hard wood floor for over a year and to this day, we have had no problems with it. It is easy to keep clean, and should it get dulled from everyday wear and tear, you can polish it up nicely with some Orange Glow cleaner for a hard wood floor. If I were to replace any of the other floors in my house in the future, I would definitely return to Lowe's and purchase some more NaturalFloors by USFloors hard wood and have it laid. It looks so nice, and really adds class and originality to my Southern Victorian home. I would recommend this flooring to anyone looking to have a hard wood floor in their home as well. All in all, this is great flooring, and I am a very satisfied customer!

"Natural Hardwood Bamboo Flooring"
My wife and I recently remodeled our house. We had very out dated carpet and decided to upgrade our house one room at time. I bought bamboo hardwood flooring for our living room. It was very inexpensive and very easy to install. I was very happy with the outcome. It made the room appear bigger and left the room having a very clean look. It took us about 9 hours to install but was worth it. My wife wanted to go green with a lot of our house hold renovations so the flooring went along with that. We have owned this flooring for about two months now and have had no problems. We also have a dog that runs around and we haven't had any problems with him scraping up the floors. I would have to say the best part of the hardwood floors is the easy clean up. The only down fall of the flooring is sometimes it took a couple times for the flooring to lock together correctly. I would however highly recommend this flooring to anyone who wants a do it your-self project.
