Review:
"The worst floor I have ever had"
This floor is trash. I mean straight TRASH! in one year its lifting, and gaping. Flooring that cant handle normal ware. I will never again a day in my life buy anything from the Tarkett. I am looking to see if I can sue them for false advertisement. I spent thousands on this and in one year it needs replaced. 2 people live in my home with a couple of well behaved dogs that are crated when we leave.

"Worse vinyl waterproof floor."
Less than one year and the floor is separating at seam and installer and retailer said its manufacturer defect but they cannot contact them. Spent over $1600 and still waiting for someone to return call from Tarkett. Dont buy...may look nice but depends on weather the floor separates and doesnt lock in at all.

"Knowingly poisoning"
After doing much research, to discover that this flooring not only has formaldehyde in it and it states it on the box but it's the smallest print on the entire box. No warnings on the front or in a different color or I catching warnings. No instructions or care as to how to get rid of the off-gassing process or air quality or side effects. These people should be charged and put in prison for knowingly causing cancer and other health problems just to make a quick buck.

"Menards vinyl plank flooring (great lakes)"
Menards to vinyl plank flooring. Legacy-taupe, sku 625-6943, 30 year warranty. After 30 days, started splitting and sends won't stay together. Menards sent out someone to look and they refused to home warranty stating installation. Stay away. it's now been 90 days and my dream floor is falling apart. Stay away from Menards.

"Dysfunctional Company and Products"
I'm a flooring retailer and this is the most dysfunctional company we have ever dealt with. The main office has no clue what it's doing, shipments are months late, billing shows up 6 months late and the product is overpriced garbage.

"Not for Pets or High heels"
No instructions in the box, on the box etc as to care and exclusions in the warranty. Had to look up online. Just installed a month ago. We waited over 48hrs before I mopped. Bought a special mop and dust system for the floors. We have scratches in many places of kitchen floor from our dogs and cat nails running through the house.. Lived here for 18 years and have never had signs of any scratches on our old floors. We live on a ranch and walk in off a dirt gravel driveway. In the exclusions no rubber mats, no gravel in shoes, no high heels and the list goes on.. This was supposed to be flooring you can't hurt. Also read that after several floor polish applications the floor has to be stripped. Feeling sick as we put this flooring in to upgrade and help to sell our home. Would have chosen a different flooring had we known. The installer was not familiar with the flooring and I am sure the retailer had not read the warranty as they are very nice people. There are so many exclusions in their warranty, why bother producing the product.

"Tarkett is garbage"
On the third row and two hours in I gave up on this stuff. If you tap it at all it curls the edge and you will just fight it. Time to return the other 45 boxes.

"Don't buy Tarkett!"
I had to replace this floor twice due to some water on the surface. The third floor was a Great Lake solid plank. Now my tarkett kitchen floor is delaminating. I wish I at checked the reviews first.

"Very disappointed"
With only being four rows into the project I had three joints that were uneven in height and could not make the gap close. This product was returned back to the store. Very disappointed!

"Terrible"
Tarkett laminate should not be sold. We have installed several other laminate floors easily. After four highly frustrating hours of trying to get only four(!) Tarkett planks to lock and align, we gave up. They locked in one place, and kicked out of alignment down the line. We are not alone in this experience; this is a common issue. We are returning the flooring. We bought Pergo the next day, and had the entire floor laid in four hours.
