"This stuff is garbage....Fraud!"
Put this product on the main level of my new custom built home (2,400 sq. ft.). This product is not water resistant nor water proof for 72 minutes let alone 72 hours! The company does not honor their warranty. They just stall until you give up! They are perpetrating a fraud on the consumer. A class action law suit in in the cards!

"Don't buy!"
Worst engineered "hardwood" flooring on the market!
Dents, scratching and marring show up constantly. We've had the flooring less than two years. It is nothing more than a thick balsa wood as far as durability goes. There is just two of us in the household with no pets. We have always taken our shoes off at the door and worn only slippers and socks on the flooring. Heaven forbid if someone has children and/or pets!
Don't waste your hard earned dollars on this flooring!

"No issues"
I had the Chestnut Hill flooring installed seven months ago and so far I've not experienced any issues. I have a 130 lb. German Shepard and there are no issues with scratches on the flooring. There are three adults in the house and frequently we have grandchildren and children visiting. They play rather roughly with their toys sometimes and I would expect there to be scratches but there aren't any. I also move the furniture around frequently and there has not been issues with scratching. Liquids have been spilled and there has not been any issues with warping or cupping. This flooring is laminate and I chose this because of my large dog because the natural wood flooring scratches too easily. My dog runs through the house playing with the grandchildren, slides on this floor and after six months there are no scratches.

"Unsatisfied"
Waited two months to try to get my wood flooring for a house I bought. Finally gave up. After two months double payments on houses, utilities, etc.
Customer service was worthless.

"Worst quality ever"
We built our house 3 years ago and this flooring lasted 2. It has chipped off in all of the joints and looks awful. Very poor quality. We tried to file a claim and they wouldn't cover it. Horrible company horrible product.

"Horrific"
Flooring was installed in September/October of 2017. Before we even moved into the house (new construction) the flooring was peeling, chipping and denting. I work in commercial interiors and use mannington commercial products all the time. I would never recommend a residential product of theirs and am so utterly disappointed in the absolute lack of any quality in this product. It's embarrassing for the company and a real shame. Do yourself a favor and stay clear away from Mannington.

"Awful, awful product"
This floor deeply scratches if you so much as look at it wrong. Thirty thousand down the toilet. Mannington will blame it on you for their inferior product. This is not the 1st wood floor that I've had. But I could guarantee I'll never purchase another Mannington product. Save yourself, Do Not Purchase from a his company.

"Worst flooring ever!"
House is 3 years old. Flooring chips off everywhere. Tried to file a warranty claim. They told me it was because of moisture. Do not buy this product! Complete junk!

"Cloudy and Dull"
I built my house in 2016 in an age-restricted community in Charlotte NC. I choose Mannington's Hometown Collection. This brank of flooring is junk. It's dull and cloudy, shows footprints. It's cheap, cheap, cheap. I've reached out to the builder and I'm hoping for good results.

"Three times and your out!"
I ordered Mannington Engineered American Classic 5" wide SMOKE from a local retailer. The product arrived and the installer rejected it due to the bevel edge not being stained. There was a definite line of unstained wood showing when the planks were joined together. The retailer ordered the product again and the second shipment wasn't delivered because of the same issue. I was guaranteed that the third shipment had been inspected and there wouldn't be a problem. The installers set a date (3 months after the initial installation date) and prior to the install informed me that the product was still defective and they would not be responsible if I accepted it. l phoned Mannington directly to report the problem and to question why they continued to ship inferior product. Their customer service manager told to select a lighter stained product so the problem of the staining on the bevel wouldn't show as much against the stain color on the top of the wood plank. Really? This was the answer that I received after installers rejected three shipments of an inferior product. The rest of my conversation with their manager was even more discouraging. There was absolutely no attempt to resolve the problem and to satisfy any hardships that I had endured after 3 months. Do not use their product!
