"Junk garbage "soft-wood" floors"
Bought a new Perry home and paid a fortune for the "upgraded" Mannington Rustic Bengal Bay engineered hardwood. We haven't been a month in our home and we can see scratches and dents everywhere. We don't have any dogs and we always remove our shoes before entering the house. Regardless of what you drop on the floor, it will scratch and/or dent it. We had a ~20 pound luggage with wheels that we rolled on the floor and it left scratches behind it. We brought in groceries that we put on the floor, like a detergent box and it scratched it. We even have a step stool with floor protectors in the pantry that dented and scratched the entire area. They mislead you with the supposed "Scratch Resistant" formula that is a marketing gimmick at best. It's also a nightmare to clean and the manufacturer recommended cleaning products are worthless. There's a smudgy film that always appears in random patterns on the surface. We've owned engineered hardwood before and have seen nothing like this garbage. The installer rep came out a couple of times and said they will send a sample to Mannington but I already know what the answer is going to be unfortunately. In less than 2 years this floor is going to look awful full of dents and scratches. What an utter disappointment and waste of money. Shame on Perry to allow this crap in their homes.

"Expensive garbage flooring"
We put this expensive Luxury vinyl plank down almost 6 years ago. It supposedly has a limited lifetime warranty for residential. It has started to buckle on the ends, gap, and lift along the long click edges. This floor was nice for first 5 yrs. After 4 month of back and forth trying to get something done about the problem, Mannington states it is not a flooring defect! When asked for a copy of the inspection report, I was told that it is not policy to release that information. So, they won’t warranty the floor, nor will they tell me why it isn’t a warranty problem, or what caused the floor to do this. This flooring was over $7 a square foot and lasted just over 5 years!! Garbage!! I have $2/sq ft cheaper flooring on 2 other levels and it is far superior to the Adura Max. I will never use their product again and I will spread the word about their nonexistent warranty and customer service!! I had cheap $.99 laminate that lasted 20 years prior to this inferior product. Stay away from Mannington.

"Mannington does NOT stand behind their poor quality flooring"
After FOUR MONTHS our ENTIRE floor has scratches and dents. We filed a claim which Mannington denied. We will continue to proceed to court action. Mannington sells poor quality and does not stand behind their product.
DO NOT buy Mannington products. Take my advice and go with another company that stands behind their product.

"Terrible floor - scratches"
I purchased the flooring july 2022. Weeks after install dents, scratch etc covering my ENTIRE floor. The website stated Pet scratch free, benefits of flooring is scratch resistant. We bought hickory because it is rated the hardness of wood. My entire floor (a year later) is completely scratched and dented. Filed a claim after the fourth month from install to Mannington and they denied the claim. We will take this to the courts to decide now. Manninton DOES NOT stand behind their flooring or customers I Wish I could add pictures for all homeowners to see what my floor looks like! If you are considering a Mannington floor - please reconsider!

"This stuff is garbage....Fraud!"
Put this product on the main level of my new custom built home (2,400 sq. ft.). This product is not water resistant nor water proof for 72 minutes let alone 72 hours! The company does not honor their warranty. They just stall until you give up! They are perpetrating a fraud on the consumer. A class action law suit in in the cards!

"Don't buy!"
Worst engineered "hardwood" flooring on the market!
Dents, scratching and marring show up constantly. We've had the flooring less than two years. It is nothing more than a thick balsa wood as far as durability goes. There is just two of us in the household with no pets. We have always taken our shoes off at the door and worn only slippers and socks on the flooring. Heaven forbid if someone has children and/or pets!
Don't waste your hard earned dollars on this flooring!

"No issues"
I had the Chestnut Hill flooring installed seven months ago and so far I've not experienced any issues. I have a 130 lb. German Shepard and there are no issues with scratches on the flooring. There are three adults in the house and frequently we have grandchildren and children visiting. They play rather roughly with their toys sometimes and I would expect there to be scratches but there aren't any. I also move the furniture around frequently and there has not been issues with scratching. Liquids have been spilled and there has not been any issues with warping or cupping. This flooring is laminate and I chose this because of my large dog because the natural wood flooring scratches too easily. My dog runs through the house playing with the grandchildren, slides on this floor and after six months there are no scratches.

Waited two months to try to get my wood flooring for a house I bought. Finally gave up. After two months double payments on houses, utilities, etc.
Customer service was worthless.

"Horrific"
Flooring was installed in September/October of 2017. Before we even moved into the house (new construction) the flooring was peeling, chipping and denting. I work in commercial interiors and use mannington commercial products all the time. I would never recommend a residential product of theirs and am so utterly disappointed in the absolute lack of any quality in this product. It's embarrassing for the company and a real shame. Do yourself a favor and stay clear away from Mannington.
