"Company does not stand behind product"
Shorty after install floor kept having pieces all over coming apart and leaving gaps. Had to have them tapped and walked back together. After this went on repeatedly for a year, contacted manufacturer. They had me mail in pieces of the floor. They then contacted me and said floor is performing per warrantee. That per warrantee, product can expand and contract up to 3/8 inch in 9 degrees temperature change and having a table or chairs on floor may cause it to come apart. So they basically acknowledged their product is garbage and they covered that in the warrantee language. They never sent product back and now I have to get a new floor, but not a Mannington product! They do not stand behind their product.

"Worst mistake ever"
Edges are puffing up like it had water under it. Scratches, dents, and if you have a light color, (mine is white with gray marble) when it floats you can see the black from the underside lock. Looks like you have a dirty floor. When I showed it to Martin's service man he got a hair dryer and a heavy metal round ball and tried to heat and roll it flat. I have withheld $3000. From a $13000. We owe until I am satisfied. Now, Martin's is sueing me for the balance, I have filed a counter sueit against them. They also installed quarter round in the same color and pattern as the floor and it looks like the quarter round is dirty all the time. The pattern and color is beautiful the quality is a four letter word.

"Love"
We built a home and moved in Feb 2016- within hours of moving in, we realized how crappy the wood floors were that our builder installed. They scratched and gouged if your dropped a Q tip on it. Terrible and embarrassing is all that comes to mind. Fast forward 2 years- I researched the crap out of floors.. and made the decision to purchase 1800 sq feet of AduraMax. I have 3 large dogs, a daughter and always have kids over running around and being kids. I needed something durable and waterproof (my dogs like to pretend to drink water but really it just falls out of their mouths in puddles) A 3rd party came out to install... it's been 5 months with these AduraMax planks... BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE! These floors are so durable! Even with my large dogs racing around playing and dropping their heavy toys everywhere, with the water that flows out of their mouths like Niagra Falls.. with countless kids... with life happening and things being spilled and or dropped... there are no dents, no scratches, no ANYTHING! As icing on the cake- they are so easy to clean. I use Bona and these floors look beautiful. I absolutely love them and would highly recommend them to anyone. I'm honestly kind of shocked at the negative reviews... these floors are worth the money we paid and then some!

"Horrible floors and horrific customer service.."
I am so disheartened and upset.. From day one of these floors being installed, they had a residue and film that just will not go away.... I called the company and they gave me the run around and absolutely nothing for resolved... its been a year & a half and i am ready to remove these floors after spending $6,500 .. The company is worse then their floors.. Save your money and do not give to this company.. Oh, did i mention warranty?? forget about it, they do not honor it..

"Very Satisfied Customer"
I too am quite surprised by many of the negative reviews. I had over 2000 sq of vinyl plank installed in my home. Having had hardwood floors for many years, I was tired of the issues from water damage and repairs. I initially wanted ceramic tiles but had mixed feelings about the coldness and other issues. I have not been disappointed in my new floors. They vacuum and clean up very easily with Bona cleaner. I have had no scratches or warping. When people walk into my house, they are so impressed and think that they are really hardwood floors. I had an independent floor installer and he loved the floors so much, he had this brand installed in his home as well.

"Stunned by bad reviews"
Almost 1 year ago (August 2017) we bought a new home and we chose Mannington Audra Max (Dockside Seashell) for the entire almost 2000 sq. Ft. First floor. We love it. It really looks great and everyone who comes to our home remarks about how beautiful it is. We have lots of windows (so lots of sunlight) and haven't had the first problem. It's so easy to clean & is so stain resistant as well as scratch resistant. We have our grandchildren here at least 2 or 3 days a week so it has been very well tested. My daughter is ready to put new flooring in her home & I recommended Audra. She is the one who found this website with these horrible reviews. I am just stunned by these bad reviews and certainly hope that I will not have these problems in the future. Also, I'm a little puzzled as to why when looking at review sites I do not see bad reviews like these. All I can say is that I absolutely love our floors and would recommend from my experience, and yes, I would buy again.

"It's for you if you like waves"
The flooring is a month old and is buckled in areas in direct sunlight as well as out of it. The material is clearly defective. Trying to get it replaced now with a non Mannington product. We used Armstrong in the kitchen and bath and are happy with it.

"Very Satisfied & Happy"
Overall a great product. Very satisfied. It was installed over existing vinyl without any problem. Dishwasher leaked and we were able to remove the same planks and put them back down without any damage. Highly Recommend.

"Disappointing and horrific customer service"
Floors were installed and had a residue that was strange when it was been installed.. Total expense $8,000 I called the Sales Rep Robert, & he told me to use a little warm water & vinegar or the Bona Cleaner.. I cleaned and cleaned and cleaned .. residue still there and you walk on floors and you can see footprints, etc etc... awful.. These are supposed to be low maintenance floors.. Robert was argumentative and seemed to care less, that I was disappointed and all i was asking them was to cover the expense of a professional floors cleaner that was recommended by the Store were I purchased the floors.. He was adamant, that he had no responsibility, I have heard form others, that this has happened to them as well. Why should brand new floors out of a box have to be professionally cleaned and buffed ? Mannington along with Coles in San Diego have completely washed their hands... Of course, they have already taken my money... totally sucks... I will never buy from either again.

"Behind the technology curve"
I have professionally sold and installed vinyl flooring for 30 years. Mannington has always been an inferior floor when compared to other manufacturers. The original Mannington Gold was bad enough to nearly bankrupt the company, with thousands of claims you would think the company would retire the brand forever. Unfortunately they brought the name back as the best of their LVS product line. I was originally optimistic as the rep assured our team of sales pros this floor has addressed all previous issues and improved on all of them. Well, not so. When installing Mannington they have always been the most difficult to install, move it wrong, look at it wrong, it will tear on you. They claim this is a glass back product, glass back typically signifies fiberglass in the core. If this has glass I would like to know where? IVC is a true glass back with a sheet of fiberglass as the basis of the core, will it tear, sure, but you have to purposely pull with a great deal,of force to do it. Not so with Mannington, as I stated, look at it wrong and it tears. Also, Mannington still uses a top coat seam sealer, when innovation has allowed much better products to be sealed at the edge of the seam with no residue visible from the surface Mannington chooses to remain at the back of the pack with regard to innovation. If you want a floor that is at the top of the price category, easiest to tear, and most difficult to clean then shop Mannington. For top in quality, fairly priced, durable, and the most realistic patterns I suggest checking out IVC. You will not be disappointed, and.... your installer will enjoy the ease of installation as well.
