"Don't buy it"
Putting this flooring down in our kitchen and attached family room was one of the worst decisions we've ever made. Within a few months, the boards were "peaking" at the joints and cupping in other places. The installer came back to "adjust" it and the problem has only gotten worse. The manufacturer sent an inspector who claims there is water coming in under our door. Funny that the installer found no such thing when adjusting, post installation. In addition, the floor shows everything and never looks clean, no matter what we try. Do not buy this product. I wish I hadn't.

"Buyer beware of Mannington product and company"
Our new Adura Luxury Vinyl flooring that was advertised and promoted as durable showed defects within 4 weeks. There are now 26 tiles with chips and areas where finish is peeling up. Mannington denied the claim. They do not stand behind their product, falsely advertise the durability of their product, and "do not do the right thing" as they advertise at nauseum!

"Warranty is worthless"
We had Mannington laminate (what was supposed to be a top of the line product) put in our kitchen 3 years ago. Within about a year and a half, the edges started bubbling. The company who installed the floor put in a claim, as they believed the product was defective. Mannington never sent a representative out to our house to look at the floor, they simply called us and denied our claim due to "water damage." We replied that there had never been water standing on that floor, and that the hardwood floor that butts up to it is perfectly fine. Then he said it must be a humidity problem. We live in South Dakota for heaven's sake, this is not the sub-tropics here! It didn't matter, the claim was denied without them ever bothering to even look at it! Luckily for us, the company that installed the floor has some morals, and are so disgusted with Mannington, that they are paying for us to have a new floor installed. Shame on Mannington! Do not buy from this company!

"Mannington Stinks"
Stay away from Mannington laminate floors. Installed the high gloss boards and they looked great for about 5 days. Now, no matter what we do, we can't maintain the shine / gloss. Mannington is completely useless in the customer service satisfaction area.

"Never Again"
I've had my Mannington floors for over 2 years. It was purchased in September 2013 and within 6 months of installation the planks had bubbles in them. I had two professional flooring companies out to determine the cause and I was told that a report would be going to Mannington for review. Mannington would not share the report with me but told me that the cause was not under warranty. They do not stand behind their product and they were very nasty over the phone with blame instead of a resolution. We are getting ready to rip the floor up and replace it. We are in the middle of adding an addition as well and Mannington will never be bought again. The flooring is beautiful but it does not hold up and it's hard to maintain and keep clean. It shows smudges, feet and shoe prints and it never looks clean except for right after its wiped down. I do not recommend this flooring.

"Mannington Revolutions Diamond Bay Bad"
We had most of our home in Florida with this Mannington Revolutions laminate in January of 2012. a professional installed the flooring. Within the year we started to notice what look like blisters some on the edges of the planks, some in the middle of the planks. There was nothing that we could think of that would cause this condition as there was no fluid spilled on the floor that was not immediately wiped up. Mannington told us we could make a claim, but we would have to send them two damaged planks. We were also told the warranty only covered wear through and/or sunlight fading. From what we could find on the internet, apparently it is not worth the hassle to make a claim and they are all denied anyway. We purchased some replacement planks and removed the blistered ones. Two years later we are developing blistering again and Mannington told us the warranty only covers sunlight fading and wear through, but we could make a claim anyway. The Mannington rep was very clear saying that blistering would only be caused because of moisture and was not covered. We found a leftover box and the label clearly is printed "made in china" on 10/17/2011! Because of the made in China label and the fact the floor is starting to separate in places, we are ripping the whole thing out and will never purchase anything from Mannington again.

"No problems in 14 years!"
We had Mannington laminate professionally installed 11 years ago (the Autumn Meridian Cherry) and have had absolutely no problems with it in spite of shoes, boots, cats, and dogs. Recently decided to remodel the kitchen / dinette / laundry room and are putting down Mannington vinyl planks in the Canadian Maple design - have the laundry room done and it looks fantastic. Sorry folks have had troubles with the company but we are 110% satisfied with our Mannington products.

"Mannington adura vinyl plank flooring"
The look of this when layed was beautiful. Even a bit of sparkle. Heirloom cherry color. Put it in a large foyer. I absolutely hate it. Ive tried everything out there to clean it, and I am very fussy with my floors. Its dull its streaky. Never looked clean. I use long strokes from one end to the other.and that doesnt help. Used product recommend by manufacturer. That left a film. A tiny bit of ammonia. Wet mop, Steam. So far nothing works. I hate hate hate it! I would love to find something that works. If it werent so new. Id tear it out in a heart beat! I have some dura ceramic and do love that. Hope this helps with your decision. This is a vinyl product. Not laminate.

"Buyer Beware"
Terrible product, doesn't stand up at all, customer service is useless, the so-called warranty doesn't exist. I have a Mannington laminate floor in my kitchen which was installed in about 15 years ago. I live alone and walk around barefoot. My floor is full of cuts, nicks and the laminate is peeling up. When I contacted customer service I was told there was nothing that could be done about. Don't spend your money foolishly don't buy this product!

"Mannington New Nautrals Creates Beatufiul Floors"
We love the vinyl flooring we recently installed on our home. It's by Mannington and it's part of the "New Naturals" line. It looks almost like leather on the individual pieces of vinyl, which I personally think makes it look more expensive or maybe upscale than it costs! I like the texture of it--it's not hard and cold like tile and it doesn't have that plastic feel like many other vinyls. It has a natural looking texture on the surface and feels soft on your feet. It also seems to be very resilient. We've had it for about a year now and I've dropped several dishes on it--our old vinyl would dent and sometimes even tear but we haven't really seen much wear and tear on this vinyl at all. They told us when we purchased it that it has a Teflon surface coating, so that may have something to do with it. Oh--and it's super easy to clean!
