"Don't use Mannington or the Finishing Touch"
We worked with The Finishing Touch from Cross Plains, to have a professionally installed floor. They couldn't say enough good things about Mannington vinyl flooring so we went that route. Within 3 years almost every joint in our entire floor (we did the whole first level) is pushing up against each other, or separating. We've had a claim denied by Mannington (after months of back and forth, and an inspection "it's not a manufacturing issue". Installer says it's not an installation issue.). Currently trying to dispute the claim and get more information, and I cannot get Mannington to call me back, nor the Finishing Touch. No one will take responsibility. Stay away from both of these companies. Horrible customer service. Very disappointed and angry.

"This product should be pulled from market."
I have been a Mannington dealer for 28 years and I can no longer recommend this product. Adura was a great product when it first came out. The construction of the product was changed about 2013 and I have had nothing but problems with it since. Up until about a year ago Mannington took care of the claims. Since then they require an inspector to look at it and all claims have been denied. They blame the failure on sunlight and installation. Our installers have over 45 years experience and are having problems with it. I don't see how anyone can lay this product without it failing. Problems include peaking at the seams, gapping open, and sensitive to sunlight.

"Manufacturing defects"
What we installed is Essex Oak planks in Honeytone. Our contractor had already installed a good portion of flooring when we began to notice bumps throughout the product. There are spots about a nickel in size where the flooring has depressions. It only occurs sporadically, and even scrutinizing each piece at an angle under good lighting before it was put in place did not prevent some defects from slipping through. Also, the fine print says that you can't put heavy furniture on it, and this is true. We had furniture stacked on top of each other at one end of a room, and there were severe intents where the legs of a heavy buffet had been, so we replaced those boards and put pads under everything we own after that. And the flooring might discolor if you use rugs with latex backing. I do love the color because it lightens up our dark house. Overall it looks very good, even with the occasional bump (which I notice because I know they are there).

"Hate is a mild emotion for this"
I hate my Mannington Luxury Vinyl flooring, Platinum Mirage Cloud. The only redeeming factor is it does look good in my kitchen. That said, never buy it! If you move something heavy without wood boards, it rips to shreds (who has wood boards in their home?)! It is extremely difficult to get clean because of the texture - be prepared to scrub like you have never scrubbed before! What a waste of $2,000! My husband even suggested getting rid of it and replacing with hardwood!

"Don't buy this"
We just downsized and completely remodeled our new, smaller home. We had Adura laid from the back door, thru the kitchen and dining room, to the bedrooms. Within 6 months, it was peaking and separating in various spots. Mannington reps came to inspect it twice and blamed it on the installers. Said it was too tight against the cabinets. Really? Why would it separate if it's too tight? They would not stand by their product. I'm seeing this same opinion in a lot of other reviews also. Do not buy this product. Mannington... shame on you!

"Have to replace whole house"
Put Resolutions dried tobacco in entire home 6 years ago, many damaged areas, trying to purchase planks to replace, found out they have went to Matte finish no way to fix damaged areas. Only option is to replace all flooring through out. Put cheap laminate in basement that has held up much better then high end Mannington. Warning don't purchase unless you want to replace it in a few years

"Never Never use this product"
I wanted to make everyone out there aware of the issues that Mannington is having with this product. I am a Custom Building Contractor that has recently used this in one of my projects. After installation our customer called to report large bubbles in their floor at areas that have direct sunlight coming through windows. The Mannington Rep looked at the situation and said he had not seen this and that putting curtains on the windows would stop this. This is not an option and Mannington doesn't see any issues with their floor even though it expands horribly. If you have a room with windows do not use this product.

"Garbage"
Bought this at Ollies for a small section in my basement. After getting 3 planks locked (had to cut 2 to fit around a ledge) the fourth one would not go in, after some struggling I got it to mate flush but another tile separated. Multiple tries led to the same result so I bought the install kit with the tapping block thinking that would give a tighter fit. Nope and the laminate started peeling in the one that kept separating. There is barely anything in the tongue and groove area to keep the planks together. Wish I saw all the bad reviews before I bought and attempted the install. Hoping I can return the 4 unopened cartons without a problem. It's bad enough I have to eat the cost of the one carton.

"Cheap and brittle, made in China"
Product looks great on the show room floor but it's very difficult to install. The edges break off easily creating a lot of scrap and wasted time. After locking a row in place the far end comes undone making it a two person job. I've installed many types of floors and this is by far the worst. My contractor warned me. I should have listened and I wish he was more adamant.

"Horrible product"
This product came with a 6 year warranty which was not honoured less than 2 years after installation. The product is cracking and peeling and the company would not stand by their warranty. They were very difficult to get in touch with and very unhelpful when asking for solutions to repair the floor. Do not waste your money on this company or this product, you will be left very unsatisfied and out a lot of money.
